Business Analyst (Microsoft 365)

Salary: $100,000 – $165,000

What you will do

• Analyze business needs in M365 environments to drive project value and support delivery teams.
• Create high-quality executive documentation, including business requirement documents, user guides, and onboarding instructions.
• Conduct customer interviews and workshops with SMEs to define and update project requirements.
• Perform stakeholder analysis to identify impacts and needs throughout the business analysis activities.
• Develop case studies and playbooks to expand the company's standardized service offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting Information Technology projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365) for project management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience integrating AI technologies into daily workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ability to develop UI wireframes, functional workflows, and RACI matrices.
• US Citizenship (clearable) is required.
• AI-900 Certification.
