What you will do

• Own new customer ARR as the primary metric and lead the EMEA channel territory management team to exceed acquisition targets.
• Define and execute the overall EMEA channel strategy, including the go-to-market model and regional vision.
• Recruit and onboard high-potential partners and distributors to expand regional coverage and business capacity.
• Manage forecasts, pipelines, and sales execution discipline using Salesforce and PRM systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to reinforce product value and integrate partner feedback.
• Oversee the full channel lifecycle, spanning new acquisition, retention, and upsell of the installed base.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel or indirect sales roles, specifically within the EMEA region.
• Proven track record of delivering new business revenue targets through a channel model.
• Demonstrated success leading quota-carrying channel sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSSPs, and MSPs across EMEA.
• Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and the use of CRM/PRM tools.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in Cork, Ireland.
