Location: Must be based in or able to work from London, UK or Dublin, Ireland at least 50% of the time, with regular travel across WEMEA, Benelux, and the Nordics.

Salary: £146,000 – £200,000 GBP (OTE for UK candidates).

What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by expanding Okta/AWS and ISV relationships across designated territories.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with AWS partner teams and strategic ISVs like Zscaler and CrowdStrike.
• Implement AWS Partner Programs such as ISV Accelerate and Marketplace motions.
• Support regional sales leadership in creating and executing territory-specific business plans.
• Enable internal regional teams on AWS offerings, partner benefits, and co-selling best practices.
• Track and report on partner-driven pipeline, revenue, and margin growth.

Requirements

• Deep experience within the AWS ecosystem, including APN, AWS Marketplace, and ACE system.
• Proven track record working with major ISV players, preferably in the cybersecurity landscape.
• Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in French and/or German is highly preferred.
• Ability to work from London or Dublin hubs at least 50% of the time.
• Strong cross-geography experience across WEMEA, Benelux, or the Nordics.
• Background in an AWS partner organization or high-growth SaaS company.
