What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic VAR partnerships across the EMEA region.
• Build executive relationships with key resellers and develop direct engagement with their sales representatives.
• Execute go-to-market, enablement, and resale playbooks to generate consistent partner pipeline.
• Launch joint account mapping and coordinate co-selling motions with account executives and SDRs.
• Train partner teams on hirify.global’s value proposition and support deal collaboration.
• Share partner feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to improve channel strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
• Proven experience working with large value-added resellers in the security or compliance sector.
• Deep understanding of reseller sales cycles, incentive models, and co-selling motions.
• Ability to execute effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic contribution skills.
• Willingness to use AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
