What you will do

• Review and validate quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and approvals to ensure deal readiness.
• Support complex, high-value, and time-sensitive transactions, especially during quarter-end periods.
• Ensure all deals meet internal policy, pricing, and booking requirements.
• Identify and mitigate deal risks proactively to reduce booking delays and rework.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Sales regarding quoting and documentation.
• Drive process consistency through documentation, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Order Management, or Revenue Operations.
• Experience working within technology, SaaS, or subscription-based sales environments.
• Thorough understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and order booking processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ tools.
• Exposure to pricing approvals, contract workflows, or revenue-related booking controls.
• Experience in creating process documentation, training, or enablement materials.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and AI-enabled productivity tools.
