Salary: $139,100 – $188,100

What you will do

• Develop basis of design, budgets, and timelines for complex engagements and manage client expectations.
• Conceptualize system designs and determine requirements for audio, video, and control solutions.
• Research and recommend technology options, generating functional system descriptions and workflow narratives.
• Oversee the creation of complete construction drawing packages and coordinate with architects and other trades.
• Monitor project testing, commissioning, and configuration activities during deployment.
• Mentor design engineering staff and provide technical leadership from sales concept to implementation support.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in Digital Signage/Experiential and Workplace Conference Solutions.
• Expertise in UC platforms, audio DSP, AV-over-IP, and enterprise device management.
• Proven background leading solution strategy for large-scale AV/IT programs in corporate or similar complex environments.
• Strong pre-sales experience, including responding to RFPs/RFQs and presenting technical recommendations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office 365.
• Must be based in the USA and possess a valid driver’s license.

• CTS Certification.
• Network certifications (understanding of TCP/IP routing, ACLs, QoS, VLANs).
