Salary: $140,000 – $190,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead architectural design and oversee project deliverables as the Architectural Lead.
• Manage resource planning, work-hour estimates, and project scoping.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary A&E teams and internal technical directors.
• Ensure all designs adhere to hirify.global Design Quality Management Systems and cGMP standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level architects while supporting business development and proposal activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships to secure future project opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Architectural licensure in practicing US states.
• Proven experience in life sciences, laboratory, or high-tech sector design within the USA.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and associated design software.
• Detailed knowledge of US building regulations, planning legislation, and Health & Safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• NCARB Certification.
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Rhino, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite.
