What you will do

• Develop complete construction document sets for residential design projects.
• Translate concepts into accurate, buildable plans that meet client requirements and applicable building codes.
• Prepare and manage permit and construction drawing sets from schematic design through final documentation.
• Coordinate structural, civil, MEP, and other consultant requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, constructability, compliance, and quality.
• Manage revisions, documentation standards, version control, and multiple project deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience preparing residential construction documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to independently produce complete permit and construction drawing sets.
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit and SketchUp.
• Experience working on U.S. residential projects.
