What you will do

• Oversee contractor networks delivering in-home energy assessments and audits for low-income customers.
• Supervise the installation of energy-saving measures such as weatherstripping, water-saving devices, and air sealing.
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, safety, and available program benefits in a culturally responsive manner.
• Manage field data collection and documentation to ensure reporting compliance with program requirements.
• Coordinate with community action agencies, trade allies, and internal teams to manage project timelines.
• Ensure all field work meets strict quality, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must reside in Mississippi or Louisiana.
• 1-3 years of relevant field, construction, HVAC, or energy efficiency experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to customer homes.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship or support for immigration status.
