What you will do

• Manage P&L and cash positions for assigned generating assets, investigating and remedying budget variances.
• Conduct financial analyses and project evaluations to support plant optimization, warranty claims, and revenue recovery.
• Ensure all project obligations, licenses, and regulatory requirements are administered under project agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PUCs, ISOs, and state/local governing authorities.
• Negotiate and amend project company agreements to improve asset performance and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with business development, finance, and construction teams to ensure smooth project integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of energy industry experience in project development, administration, or commercial roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Must have valid US work authorization (Clearway will not sponsor non-immigrant visas).
• Strong financial savvy and ability to deliver operational excellence under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Direct experience working in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong business analytics skills.
