What you will do

• Collaborate with internal controls, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to IRA requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for site teams and departments regarding IRA policies and standards.
• Produce documentation, process maps, and presentations to support program administration.
• Research and resolve compliance issues related to prevailing wage and domestic content.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks and file management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Develop and recommend strategies to enhance program compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Avon, MN
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to collaborate across various departments and external subcontractors.
