Logistics Manager (Consumer Electronics)

What you will do

• Lead the execution of the logistics department's strategy and operational goals to align with business objectives.
• Manage critical relationships with EU, North American, and Asian 3PLs, carriers, and freight providers.
• Serve as the SME for customs and trade compliance, specifically managing VAT/EORI/ART23 adherence for EU logistics.
• Own end-to-end pre-order management and supervise daily global 3PL fulfillment activities.
• Collaborate as the primary logistics representative with internal teams including Engineering, Quality, CX, and Finance.
• Audit vendor invoices and develop leadership dashboards to monitor cost performance.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• 5+ years of experience in global shipping, including trade compliance.
• 3+ years of experience managing 3PL and small parcel vendor relationships in Asia.
• 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics or similar regulated industries.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, relational databases, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Netsuite).
• Proven understanding of multi-region fulfillment, inventory planning, and procurement processes.

Nice to have

• Customs brokerage license.
• Familiarity with OEM/ODM manufacturing.
• Experience with FedEx global shipping and consolidation (IPD).
• Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving.
