Logistics Manager (Consumer Electronics)

Location: Hybrid position in Taiwan, with an office in XinYi District; preference for candidates residing in Northern Taiwan, including Taipei, Taoyuan, or Hsinchu. The role requires approximately 10% travel.

hirify.global is an early-stage consumer electronics startup developing repairable, upgradeable, and customizable laptops and a marketplace for modular parts and components.

What you will do

• Lead the execution of logistics strategy, operational goals, and global fulfillment initiatives.
• Manage 3PLs, carriers, freight providers, and other service partners across Europe, North America, and Asia.
• Own preorder management and oversee daily fulfillment activities while ensuring contractual SLA adherence.
• Represent logistics in cross-functional projects with Engineering, Quality, Customer Experience, B2B, and Finance teams.
• Improve shipping operations through systemic solutions, IT integrations, data sharing, and operational reporting.
• Oversee inventory reconciliations, SKU conversion, kitting, repacking, vendor invoices, and logistics cost performance.

Requirements

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with e-commerce 3PL fulfillment and logistics.
• 5+ years of experience in global shipping and trade compliance.
• 3+ years managing 3PL and small-parcel vendor relationships in Asia.
• 3+ years of experience in consumer electronics or a similar regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace, relational databases, ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite, supply chain processes, and data-driven reporting.

• Customs brokerage license.
• Experience with OEM/ODM manufacturing.
• FedEx global shipping and consolidation experience.
• Additional global logistics and trade compliance experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
