What you will do
- Translate global integrated operations and supply chain strategy into a regional execution roadmap focused on the contract manufacturing network.
- Lead end-to-end performance across environmental health and safety, quality, service, cost, capacity utilization, and reliable supply.
- Serve as the senior operations interface for regional commercial leadership, strategic customers, and contract manufacturing partners.
- Resolve quality, delivery, capacity, and customer issues while ensuring sustainable corrective actions.
- Drive lean principles, continuous improvement, digital tools, standard work, control-tower visibility, and performance management.
- Build regional capability, develop talent, and contribute to global contract manufacturing strategy and best-practice transfer.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across manufacturing and supply chain.
- Experience leading commercial discussions, negotiating supply agreements, and managing external partners and customer relationships.
- Strong knowledge of integrated business planning, demand and supply planning, order-to-deliver processes, logistics, procurement, and external manufacturing models.
- Track record of delivering operational results across contract manufacturing or multi-site networks and leading continuous improvement or digital transformation.
- Experience with financial management covering cost of revenue, gross margin, inventory, and cost-to-serve.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field required.

- Experience with lean operational excellence systems and performance management across internal and external operations.
- Strong background in environmental health and safety, process safety, quality systems, audits, and product stewardship.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and leading across diverse geographies and cultures.
