TL;DR
Planner II (Semiconductor): Planning and coordinating monthly semiconductor production cycles, wafer, assembly and test releases, supplier deliveries, and customer orders with an accent on demand planning, inventory control, and on-time delivery. Focus on resolving production bottlenecks, managing SAP transactions and supplier data, and coordinating issues across suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal customers.

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; hybrid work

What you will do

  • Plan and coordinate the monthly production cycle, monitor forecasted build plans, and support timely customer delivery.
  • Review daily work-in-progress status and production output, identifying bottlenecks and coordinating resolution.
  • Plan and monitor wafer, assembly, and test releases based on demand and inventory levels.
  • Schedule customer orders, update SAP schedules, and proactively minimize delivery delays.
  • Coordinate supplier priorities, purchase orders, bill of materials, contract manufacturers, and shipment follow-up.
  • Manage inventory audits, SAP transactions, B2B subcontractor data, and systems enhancement projects.

Requirements

  • Degree and experience in the semiconductor industry, particularly assembly, test, and module operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling concepts and tools such as Adexa.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal customers across different time zones.
  • Manufacturing Execution System experience is a plus.
