Supplier Management: Substrate (Semiconductor): Managing substrate sourcing and supplier partnerships for Intel's semiconductor supply chain with an accent on procurement strategy, contract negotiation, supplier performance, and supply continuity. Location: Taipei or Hsinchu, Taiwan; hybrid work model with time split between the assigned hirify.global site and off-site work

hirify.global's Foundry business group supports global manufacturing and supply chain operations, while the Substrates Business Group manages commercial activity across the substrate supply chain.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support supply sustainability and cost efficiency.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and agreements while mitigating commercial and operational risks.
  • Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and performance to identify savings and process improvement opportunities.
  • Manage supplier relationships and build partnerships that support innovation and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor supplier risks and ensure continuity of supply during critical periods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of relevant procurement or supply chain management experience.
  • Experience with supplier negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market dynamics and supplier capabilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain tools and systems, including ERP platforms.
  • Compliance with hirify.global policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations is required.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree with 6+ years of experience or PhD with 4+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Semiconductor industry or technical commodity management experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing supplier partnerships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
