Salary: $193,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do
- Oversee all project phases from pre-construction and bidding to construction and close-out.
- Review designs and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports to upper management.
- Coordinate with public agencies, client staff, and project teams to ensure off-site work compliance.
- Negotiate contractor change order proposals and manage daily contractor activities.
- Administer professional service agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or Construction Management required.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction or project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large programs with construction values exceeding $20M.
- Must be able to obtain Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year if not already held.
- Role is strictly on-site at client locations in the Los Angeles area.
Nice to have
- Valid Architect or Professional Engineer license in California.
- Active Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
- Experience with BIM, LEED, CHPS, and DSA processes.
- OSHA 30 certification.
