Salary: $193,000–$212,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee all project phases from pre-construction and bidding to construction and close-out.
• Review designs and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.
• Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and provide regular status reports to upper management.
• Coordinate with public agencies, client staff, and project teams to ensure off-site work compliance.
• Negotiate contractor change order proposals and manage daily contractor activities.
• Administer professional service agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in construction or project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large programs with construction values exceeding $20M.
• Must be able to obtain Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential within one year if not already held.
• Role is strictly on-site at client locations in the Los Angeles area.

Nice to have

• Valid Architect or Professional Engineer license in California.
• Active Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
• Experience with BIM, LEED, CHPS, and DSA processes.
• OSHA 30 certification.
