What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including cost and resource loading for labor and commodities.
• Generate cost and resource projection curves based on the project schedule.
• Analyze data and build reports to support project monitoring and management decision-making.
• Proactively anticipate schedule impacts and advise the project team on necessary changes.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (paid, intern, or unpaid) in Program/Project Scheduling.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, baseline reviews, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project (or equivalent), MS Word, and Excel.
• Must be located in or able to work in Los Angeles, CA.
