What you will do

• Support all project phases including pre-design, procurement, construction, and post-construction for school and hospital projects.
• Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Administer design and construction contracts and act as the owner's representative.
• Conduct physical site assessments and maintain clear communication with clients and contractors.
• Monitor quality control processes and address deviations from project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in K-12, wastewater, or healthcare projects.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience in design, construction, or hazardous waste.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with OSHA and EPA regulations and building codes.
• Ability to perform physical site assessments including climbing, bending, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Must be available for on-site work in Denver, CO.

Nice to have

• Certification for building inspector, management planner, or project designer.
