What you will do

• Attend key meetings and design reviews to monitor progress and collaborate on solving problems.
• Participate in site walks with General Contractors and client Project Managers to assess progress and identify cost impacts.
• Consolidate data to prepare detailed estimates, ad-hoc cost reports, and analyses.
• Maintain project change management logs with a high level of detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the extended Cost Management team to complete complex client tasks.
• Monitor financial close-out on all projects, including the settlement of all vendors.

Requirements

• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Chartered status or currently on the path to completing certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
