Senior Program Manager, gRED Portfolio Strategy Management (Biotech)

Salary: $115,600–$214,600 annual, with a potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Manage drug development programs from late-stage research through proof of concept and guide teams toward timely decision points.
• Contribute to program strategy and coordinate multidisciplinary core and sub-teams.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules for program, financial, portfolio, and business planning analyses.
• Prepare and oversee program budgets, resources, and costs in collaboration with Finance and cross-functional partners.
• Facilitate meetings, communication, decision making, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation scenarios, streamline processes, and support sustainable team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
• 5–8 years of multidisciplinary experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, or relevant experience in a scientific or academic setting.
• Direct project or program management experience.
• Knowledge of the overall drug development process.
• Proficiency in program management practices, tools, and methodologies, with strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Financial acumen, including the ability to plan and oversee program budgets and understand portfolio management concepts.

• Advanced degree.
• Experience using project management software to manage complex timelines and resources.
