Program Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of mission-critical radar programs and act as the primary interface for customer stakeholders.
• Manage program scope, schedules, deliverables, resources, costs, risks, dependencies, and contractual performance.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, product, software engineering, modeling and simulation, mission integration, business development, and customer success teams.
• Prepare integrated program plans, status reports, customer briefings, technical reviews, and milestone events.
• Support contract administration, change management, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate technology maturation and demonstrations to transition capabilities into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, aerospace, physical sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs, projects, contracts, or customer-facing initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex operational or technical environments.
• Knowledge of program management principles, lifecycle management, and risk management.
• Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, space, intelligence, or technology programs.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain any required security clearances.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, NASA, or other government customers.
• Familiarity with Space Domain Awareness, Space Situational Awareness, space operations, radar systems, or related mission areas.
• PMP certification or an equivalent program management credential.
• Experience with cost-reimbursable, fixed-price, or time-and-materials contracts.
• Active U.S. security clearance or a master’s degree in a related discipline.
