Territory Manager

What you will do

• Conduct daily virtual outreach (phone, email, video) to pediatric practices, behavioral health providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations.
• Identify and engage prospective referral partners in assigned emerging markets and maintain a consistent cadence with existing partners.
• Deliver virtual presentations and facilitate webinars/educational events to communicate InStride’s value proposition and referral process.
• Support virtual market development by gathering market insights and sharing trends, challenges, and opportunities internally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, provider interactions, referrals, and relationship status; track referral trends for territory planning.
• Collaborate with Clinical and Admissions for warm handoffs and partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to improve the referral experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must reside in one of InStride’s newly launched or emerging states, including Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, or Arizona.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, business development, customer-facing healthcare roles, healthcare operations, or sales.
• High empathy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort building relationships virtually and presenting confidently to varied audiences.
• Strong follow-through, ability to manage high-volume outreach, and maintain an organized CRM.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
