What you will do

• Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately, ensuring adherence to company specifications.
• Liaise with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Support the S&OP process through data collection, analysis, and alignment of supply and demand forecasts.
• Maintain detailed records of orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Generate reports to monitor order trends and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Troy, MI.
• Associate’s degree or 1+ year of experience in OEM supply chain.
• 1+ year of experience managing order and shipment processes via ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Firm understanding of S&OP processes and principles.
• Ability to support after-hour requests from stakeholders across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing environments and OEM supply chain roles (S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean or English and Spanish.
