Network Account Executive (HR Tech)

Location: Hybrid based in Atlanta, GA or Groton, CT (3 days office, 2 days remote). Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do

• Prospect and develop new employer relationships via phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven outreach.
• Balance activity between new business acquisition (30%) and renewals or expansions (70%).
• Consult with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition teams to recommend recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify upsell opportunities for events, banners, journals, and spotlight placements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize client outcomes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA or Groton, CT.
• Must have valid US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel periodically for conferences and client events.

Nice to have

• Experience in inside sales, recruitment advertising, staffing, HR technology, or media sales.
