What you will do

• Independently lead the drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts and complex legal matters.
• Provide strategic legal advice to revenue, marketing, HR, finance, engineering, and product teams.
• Build and scale the legal function to support company growth.
• Support preparation and planning for public company readiness and board/committee meetings.
• Oversee global corporate administration, including compliance with international, federal, and state laws.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school.
• Admission and good standing with a state bar.
• 3-5 years of experience at a top law firm, preferably with some in-house experience.
• Strong critical thinking, judgment, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
