Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer, procurement, partnership, and vendor agreements.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Procurement, and Security teams to provide practical legal advice during the deal process.
• Identify legal risks and recommend commercially reasonable solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop legal playbooks, templates, and standard contractual language to increase negotiation efficiency.
• Implement AI tools and automation to streamline legal workflows and scale operations.
• Train internal stakeholders on contracting best practices and company legal positions.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of legal experience focusing on technology, SaaS, or commercial agreements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to business partners.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in using AI and technology to improve legal operations.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a technology or high-growth company.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools such as Ironclad.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, or Product.
