What you will do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for public sector customer acquisition across Qatar.
• Partner with prospective clients to identify business challenges and shape high-impact AI solutions.
• Navigate complex organizations and build relationships with government decision-makers and influencers.
• Qualify opportunities through signed deals, including complex public sector engagements valued at $500K to $5M+.
• Create business cases, financial models, pitch decks, proposals, demos, and executive-level materials.
• Design AI workshops and communicate the impact and value of AI applications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of public sector sales or consulting experience.
• Experience selling AI products or services and developing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience partnering with governments and senior stakeholders across Qatar.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and close complex public sector deals valued at $500K to $5M+.
• Strong consultative relationship-building, commercial literacy, and executive communication skills.
• Written and spoken fluency in Arabic is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating AI solution demos with tools such as Replit or Lovable.
• Creativity and willingness to develop unconventional solutions.
