What you will do

• Plan inbound and outbound transportation movements, including shuttles, IBTs, and bulk orders.
• Execute transportation order conversion, freight tendering, and dispatch planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams, Planners, and CSRs to ensure timely customer service.
• Manage SPOT transportation capacity and resolve freight claim issues.
• Audit freight bills and approve payment exceptions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and SAPTM enhancements for freight order conversion.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent business experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Transportation, Purchasing, or Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and SAPTM systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Commerce, CA.
