What you will do

• Analyze and optimize freight routing, capacity utilization, and cost structures across transportation networks.
• Design solutions to identify network inefficiencies and improve margin and service reliability.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, and GCP tools to support engineering decisions.
• Build repeatable analytical frameworks and operational dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• Partner with leadership to deliver scenario analysis and data-backed recommendations.
• Produce detailed documentation to ensure technical solutions are sustainable and scalable.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or supply chain network design.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel, including complex formulas and scenario modeling.
• Experience working with databases, ETL workflows, and large-scale operational datasets.
• Proven ability to develop operational metrics and dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no immigration sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
• Knowledge of optimization methodologies related to routing and capacity planning.
• Experience with VBA or legacy analytical tools.
