What you will do

• Influence and design Bill of Materials (BOM) for future and existing products to align with industry standards.
• Develop and set up BOMs supporting the planning and execution of products from fabrication to finished goods.
• Conduct what-if scenario planning for engineering processes, inventory, and ordering strategies.
• Resolve supply chain issues through data-driven decision making across stakeholders.
• Translate product data requirements into designs, business interaction models, and workflows.
• Drive continuous process and project improvements across Supply Chain Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Information Management.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Project and Product Life Cycle principles.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud PLM, SPEED, and/or SAP systems.
• Familiarity with hirify.global's planning systems and internal processes.
