What you will do

• Lead and manage production teams to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and develop and implement countermeasures to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate employee activities and provide problem response and resolution.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and general maintenance.
• Administer provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including employee coaching and discipline.
• Manage daily timekeeping and production records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Working knowledge of machine set-up and lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects.
• Ability to work daily overtime, weekends, and all three shifts as required.
• Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills.
