What you will do

• Coordinate daily employee activities and maintain production records.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor production schedules and implement countermeasures to meet KPIs.
• Maintain high standards for housekeeping, safety, and general maintenance.
• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement and manage employee discipline.
• Drive continuous improvements to the production program.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an applicable field and 4+ years of manufacturing supervisory experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of machine set-up and lean manufacturing.
• Experience leading projects.
• Must have the ability to work daily overtime, weekends, and all three shifts as required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
