Salary: $195,000 – $205,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

• Build and grow the sales funnel for project-based opportunities, specifically within the Hybrid OR space.
• Prospect and pursue targeted accounts to expand the customer base for construction-specific products.
• Establish hirify.global as a consultant by coordinating between hospitals, architects, and the design/planning community.
• Generate and deliver strategic customer presentations and proposals to secure project and Hybrid OR sales.
• Maintain accurate project lead schedules and records using Salesforce/GForce CRM.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and Project Management teams to ensure successful installations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of medical device or Imaging capital equipment sales experience, including direct selling to architects and hospitals.
• Proven understanding of medical construction engineering, local codes, and standards.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Outstanding selling and negotiation skills with a track record of revenue goal attainment.

Nice to have

• Minimum 4 years of applicable clinical experience with strong sales aptitude.
• Proficiency with 3D software for delivery of effective customer presentations.
