Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, assemble, test, and troubleshoot automated control systems for high-pressure well service applications.
• Create flow control configurations, engineering drawings, models, and design calculations.
• Support operations and maintenance manual development.
• Complete deliverables for new product introduction phase gates.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams through clear written and verbal communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Materials Science, or an equivalent accredited program.
• Experience applying analytical thinking, requirements analysis, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Knowledge of product testing approaches and the ability to plan and execute testing strategies across manufacturing stages.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in Fort Worth, Texas, or El Reno, Oklahoma.
