What you will do

• Inspect generator packages utilizing team assistance and documentation resources.
• Evaluate nonconformance data within the quality management system.
• Initiate and validate supplier corrective action requests for severe or recurring issues.
• Support first article inspections and supplier qualification audits via Gemba observations.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve Continuous Improvement goals.
• Pursue ongoing education in new technologies and quality solutions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in quality engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
• General knowledge of mechanical and electrical product designs and concepts.
• Experience in data analysis with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% within North America.
