What you will do

• Lead nationwide travel to build and deploy new and ongoing data center sites.
• Implement and document global data center standards and perform QA/QC audits.
• Troubleshoot hardware and networks, conducting root cause analysis for failures.
• Train internal teams and provide technical support to global data center operations.
• Develop tools and scripts to update server and networking hardware.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) due to export control compliance.
• Hands-on experience in assembling and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Proficiency with Linux operating system.
• Knowledge of data center cut sheets and technical documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
• Flexibility to travel and work in a 24/7 operational environment.
