What you will do

• Maintain data center operations to ensure service availability and reliability.
• Conduct hardware and network diagnostics, repairs, and root cause analysis.
• Assemble and install server and networking equipment.
• Develop scripts to update hardware and maintain inventory.
• Provide technical support and develop documentation for internal teams.
• Respond to on-site equipment failures within 60 minutes while on-call.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and data center environments.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and computer networking.
• Experience with Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver in cramped or elevated spaces.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule in a 24/7 environment with on-call rotations.
