AWS (hirify.global AI) is developing Kiro, a frontier autonomous developer tool that independently handles development tasks and learns from its environment.

What you will do

• Build and maintain the Kiro Web server using Fastify, Node.js, and TypeScript, including session managers and REST APIs.
• Implement process-per-session architecture, managing JSON-RPC 2.0 communication and lifecycle events.
• Develop the multi-agent team orchestration layer, handling prompt routing and parallel dispatch.
• Design and implement a WebSocket fan-out system to multiplex agent notifications to browser clients.
• Operate the multi-platform distribution system using CloudFront, including metadata services and release automation.
• Create comprehensive tests, monitoring, and alerting, while participating in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in system design or architecture, with a focus on reliability and scaling.
• Experience designing large-scale distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience, including coding standards and operations.
