What you will do

• Lead the architectural overhaul of platform infrastructure to optimize deep integration with LLMs and foundation models.
• Deploy flexibly into high-priority product initiatives across Contributor teams, including Allocation, Growth, Trust & Safety, and Pay.
• Own and drive architecture decisions focused on scalability, reliability, and system performance.
• Mentor and uplevel engineers across the organization to ensure technical excellence.
• Partner with product and leadership to shape the technical roadmap and priorities.
• Manage large, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end across backend, frontend, and ML systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-time engineering experience post-graduation.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Principal Engineer.
• Proficiency in Javascript, Typescript, and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience productizing LLMs, vector databases, and latest AI technologies.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
