What you will do

• Lead technical design and development for enterprise integration and automation initiatives.
• Architect AWS-based microservices, APIs, event-driven flows, and secure integration patterns.
• Design and implement AI/agentic automation use cases across business functions.
• Provide hands-on coding support for backend services, APIs, databases, and automation workflows.
• Guide developers through design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure production readiness.
• Establish engineering best practices for SDLC, documentation, testing, observability, and security.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on backend development experience.
• Proven experience designing and building solutions on AWS Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, databases, and integration patterns.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI automation, AI agents, LLMs, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, and IAM.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, SOX controls, and audit-ready engineering practices.
