Senior Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote - USA; travel of at least 30% is required.

Base salary: $127,500–$191,500 per year, with potential incentive compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer engagement, enablement, project delivery, support escalations, business reviews, and ad-hoc intelligence requirements.
• Plan and manage customer success lifecycles, tailoring engagements to specific security requirements.
• Deliver projects involving intelligence priorities, configuration, tuning, training, and workflow development.
• Design and coordinate Advisory Services and Professional Services engagements, including threat briefings and advanced enablement.
• Develop strategic success plans that integrate intelligence into information security workflows and improve program maturity.
• Communicate hirify.global’s value from end users to C-suite stakeholders and represent customer needs to the Product team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence, military, cybersecurity, business operations, consulting, information security, or a related analytical field.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and executive-level decision-makers.
• Senior-level competency with hirify.global modules and use cases.
• Experience delivering Advisory Services such as PIR, threat modeling and profiling, advanced workflow and enablement projects, and threat briefings.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and travel at least 30%.

Nice to have

• Experience across Threat Intelligence, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, GRC, Threat Hunting, Red/Blue/Purple Teams, penetration testing, security architecture, or C-suite engagement.
• Experience teaching others and driving continuous process improvement.
