Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Manage retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Sales to increase product adoption.
• Deliver organized onboarding and ensure customers see full value in hirify.global’s products.
• Provide proactive technical guidance across all products.
• Assist with technical escalations in collaboration with other teams.
• Contribute to product innovation by surfacing use cases to Engineering.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
• Experience in managing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges.
