What you will do
- Manage retention and expansion of Enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to increase product adoption.
- Deliver organized onboarding and ensure customers see full value in ’s products.
- Provide proactive technical guidance across all products.
- Assist with technical escalations in collaboration with other teams.
- Contribute to product innovation by surfacing use cases to Engineering.
Requirements
- 5-10 years in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
- Experience in managing technical projects with a customer-first attitude.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate challenges.
