What you will do

• Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption and uncover new use cases across accounts.
• Conduct customer discovery to demonstrate product capabilities and propose tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Engineering to address complex technical needs and advise on best practices.
• Execute workshops, training sessions, and QBRs to demonstrate account value and strengthen partnerships.
• Monitor product usage to gauge account health and identify expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
• Must be based in the New York City metro area/EST time zone.
• Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into customer solutions.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills for managing multiple client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, limited-process environments with a customer-first mindset.
