Focus on designing tailored architectures, leading onboarding and executive reviews, converting pilots into broader deployments, and turning customer solutions into standardized offerings.
Location: Remote, but candidates must be based in the New York City metro area or work in the EST time zone. Offices are available in New York City and the San Francisco Bay Area for employees who want to work in person.
Annual salary and variable compensation: $165,000–$215,000, plus equity.

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, including account plans, customer touchpoints, usage monitoring, QBRs, renewals, and expansion.
- Discover customer AI/ML goals, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose solutions connected to business outcomes.
- Shape how the platform fits customer architectures and collaborate with Forward Deployed AI Engineers on complex implementations.
- Lead onboarding workshops, training sessions, QBRs, and executive engagement to drive adoption.
- Work with Account Management and Sales to convert successful pilots into organization-wide deployments.
- Advocate for customer needs and turn successful one-off solutions into standardized product offerings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, solutions consulting, technical account management, or technical consulting at a technology company.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or the agent development lifecycle.
- Ability to demonstrate technical products and connect them to business outcomes.
- Ability to understand Python or SQL scripts.
- Strong communication, executive presentation, organization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Based in the New York City metro area or able to work in the EST time zone.
Nice to have
- Depth in financial services, healthcare, retail, or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
- Advanced degree.
