TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (SaaS): Managing the entire customer journey for Fortune 5000 clients from onboarding to adoption with an accent on technical guidance and retention. Focus on bridging the gap between customer requirements and product innovation through deep technical analysis of SQL, APIs, and databases.

Location: Remote (North America)

Salary: Base $132,000 – $200,000 annually (OTE $165,000 – $250,000)

What you will do

  • Manage retention and expansion for the largest Enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to strategize on increasing platform adoption within large organizations.
  • Deliver organized customer onboarding through effective project management and technical best practices.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and expertise across the entire product suite.
  • Partner with Engineering and Customer Support to handle and resolve technical escalations.
  • Surface real-world use cases and customer pain points to Engineering to influence product development.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in client-facing or technology-focused roles combining business and technical acumen.
  • Proven experience executing technical projects with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, databases, APIs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and navigate roadblocks under pressure.
  • Must be based in North America.
