What you will do

• Own delivery, governance, execution, and portfolio health across concurrent technology engagements.
• Manage budgets, margins, forecasts, utilization, risks, and change control.
• Lead strategic client engagements and serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and act as the senior escalation point.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing delivery management organization.
• Improve delivery methodologies, playbooks, operating models, tooling, quality standards, and AI-enabled practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, including 5+ years in professional services or systems integration.
• Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements, including migrations, data platform builds, and AI programs.
• Proven ownership of portfolio financial performance, forecasting, utilization, risk, and client health.
• Experience hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders.
• Pre-sales experience shaping solutions, presenting delivery approaches, and writing SOWs and change orders.
• Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams and communicating effectively with client executives, architects, and engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience at Google, a Google Cloud partner, or hands-on delivery of Google Cloud workloads.
• Google Cloud certification such as Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent.
