What you will do

• Own delivery as a business capability, orchestrating the flow of work from point of sale to final outcomes.
• Manage delivery execution, governance, and operational health across the agency's entire portfolio.
• Maintain direct commercial accountability for project profitability, revenue recognition, and delivery margin management.
• Align workforce capacity with demand, managing delivery capability and nearshore agreements.
• Lead, coach, and support project and programme management leaders to improve delivery standards and maturity.
• Drive the evolution of the agency towards an AI-enabled delivery model, incorporating automations and process improvements.

Requirements

• Significant senior leadership experience within a digital agency or equivalent environment.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary delivery organisations and managing teams at scale.
• Direct commercial accountability for portfolio profitability and operational financial management.
• Experience building and improving delivery operating models and governance structures.
• Confidence managing executive-level clients and senior stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with PSA or resource management system implementation.
• Experience with AI-enabled delivery models and automation tools.
