What you will do

• Evolve implementation methodologies and delivery governance to ensure quality and predictability.
• Own the operational framework, including forecasting, utilization, and project health KPIs.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term strategy and organizational maturity.
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of project managers and consultants.
• Define and implement AI-enabled delivery practices to improve consultant productivity and customer outcomes.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer implementations and complex escalations.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise SaaS, ERP, or technology consulting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Proven success in driving operational excellence and organizational transformation.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services operations and automation platforms.
• Experience leading globally distributed, multicultural consulting organizations.
• Outstanding executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
