Delivery Manager (Content Delivery)

TL;DR

Delivery Manager (Content, Broadcast and Platforms): Managing the end-to-end engineering for producing live sports content and TV channels with an accent on continuous delivery and production workflow optimization. Focus on driving data-driven delivery using KPIs and aligning resources across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure timely feature releases.

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office in London). Must have the appropriate right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Ensure transparency of roadmaps, dependencies, and feature releases across the organization.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, cost, and team capacity to identify risks and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accountability for the timely delivery of new features, improvements, and bug fixes across multiple teams.
• Manage and align delivery costs, supplier orders, and resource overheads on a feature basis.
• Advise leadership and stakeholders on delivery status and timelines to enable value-based proposition choices.
• Collaborate with Product Leads to prioritize roadmaps and establish a product-driven delivery culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering products and projects within large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in Agile and project management methodologies.
• Strong product mindset with knowledge of the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of content delivery operations and technical workflows.
• Required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• Exposure to On-Premise and Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) infrastructure environments.
• Interest in sports production and live content delivery.
