What you will do

• Collaborate with co-founders and executives to calibrate roles and seniorities and hire top talent
• Design and continuously improve scalable hiring processes, tools, and playbooks
• Track hiring pipelines and conversion rates to optimize recruitment strategies
• Act with ownership and urgency to secure high-quality candidates
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a world-class experience
• Manage candidate funnel with attention to detail and due diligence

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in New York or London offices with 3-4 days a week onsite
• Proven track record of hiring A-players in fast-paced environments
• Strong sourcing skills including proactive outreach beyond inbound applicants
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with high emotional intelligence
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and close candidates effectively
