What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product Management, Product Strategy, Data Science, and Design organizations.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements and execute hiring strategies.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent across platforms and events.
• Manage the recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer close, including compensation negotiation.
• Act as a talent advisor by providing market intelligence and pipeline data to inform workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Employer Branding and Total Rewards to position the company as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technology or startup environment.
• Meaningful experience recruiting for product management, product strategy, or design disciplines.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on talent strategy and candidate assessment.
• Strong track record of building diverse candidate pipelines through direct outreach and creative channels.
• Experience using ATS tools such as Ashby or Greenhouse.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York City.
